Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Dentist position based in Chandpur. The Dentist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, performing routine checkups, creating treatment plans, and educating patients about oral health and hygiene. Additional tasks include conducting dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, dental implants and working with dental technologies and equipment to deliver exceptional care. Collaboration with the clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and excellent patient service is an integral part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in diagnosing and treating dental conditions, including performing procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals
- Experience in creating and implementing personalized treatment plans and educating patients on oral hygiene practices
- Familiarity with advanced dental technologies, tools, and sterilization protocols
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with patients
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a patient-first approach
- Valid dental license and registration for practice in India
- Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent qualification; a Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) is a plus
- Prior experience in a dental clinic or private practice is advantageous
